When working with a distributed team, it feels odd sometimes ordering gifts from places I've never visited. Especially when ordering something that essentially says, "trust us, we'll make it pretty". Beautiful arrangement as always. Since I live far away it's so nice that Enchanted sends me a picture of the arrangement once it's put together for delivery. Ordering was seamless as always and the flowers were fresh and beautiful and exactly what I wanted to send.

What a great experience! I placed an online, same-day delivery for a family member in the hospital. Before fulfilling the delivery the florist (Lisa?) called the hospital, discovered that my family member couldn’t receive flowers in the ICU, and immediately called me to let me know. She said she would follow up the next day. My family member was moved to a room the overnight. I called Enchanted Florist to give them the room number. They had already called the hospital again and gotten the information. Incredible service and professionalism! I wish they were in my area so I could use them for all my floral occasions. Beautiful arrangement

Wanted to send flowers to my best friend for her birthday and was very pleased with the arrangement they put together for her and also love the fact that they sent me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it. She loved her arrangement. Would definitely go with this florist again when in need of sending flowers!

Great service and communication. Recipient wasn't available nor reachable so the florist contacted me informing me of the situation, and provided a couple of options to get the gift to the recipient- recipient can pick up from the shop or redelivery can be attempted at a later time for an additional delivery fee. Recipient was in the area of the florist shop when I was able to contact them, so they picked it up. I've used this florist in the past and they seem consistently great.
